Minimum Night Stay Policy

Two-night minimum stay required year round.

A reservation is guaranteed with a valid credit or debit card. Major credit and debit cards are accepted.

Cancellation Policy

A reservation must be cancelled 7 days or more prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge of 1 night room rate plus taxes. Change and cancel policies for specials and promotional offers may vary. Please refer to the specific offer for details. Applies to dates of stay December 22 – January 4. A reservation must be cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge of 2 nights room rate plus taxes.

Taxes and Fees

Room rates are subject to 13.416% tax (including Hawaii General Excise Tax of 4.166% and Transient Accommodations Tax of 9.25%).

Check-Out Cleaning Fee

A check-out cleaning fee will be applied to all bookings and will be assessed by the property at check-out. Fees are per stay, per condo unit, plus taxes.

For stays through December 31:

• $130.00 for a 1 Bedroom
• $175.00 for 2 Bedroom/2 Bath
• $195.00 for a 2 Bedroom with Loft
• $360 for Hale Manukai, 3 Bedroom/3 Bath private house

Qualified Rate Policy

To be eligible for a Qualified Rate (Military, Senior, Kama’aina, Government, AAA, Corporate, Airline Employee or Travel Agent etc.), guests must present a valid form of identification at check-in, if you cannot provide the appropriate form of identification, Castle Resorts & Hotels will provide you the Best Available Rate offered by the property at the time of check-in.

Extra Charges

Optional housekeeping services are available, either Full Service or Towels and Trash.

Full service includes changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms & changing towels, loading and running the dishwasher, emptying trash bins & replacing liners, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, & mopping, replenishing supplies and toiletries.

Keahole-Kona International Airport (KOA) to Kanaloa at Kona by Castle

As you exit Keahole-Kona International Airport turn right/south onto Queen Kaahumanu Highway/Highway 19. Continue south on Highway 19 as it becomes Highway 11.

Turn right onto Kamehameha III Road. Kamehameha III Road is approximately 15 miles south of the airport. Follow Kamehameha III road downhill through two traffic lights then turn right onto Manukai Street. Continue down the street in the residential area to the Kanaloa at Kona by Castle gate at the end of the street.
